High nickel materials are sensitive to humidity and are prone to absorbing moisture from the air, leading to material performance degradation and even failure. To protect raw materials from moisture interference, it is necessary to add dry gas to the production line. At the same time, due to the excellent flowability of NCA (similar to liquid), traditional labyrinth seals cannot meet the requirements of high nickel materials, are prone to powder leakage, materials are easy to enter the transmission shaft, and there is significant friction on the shaft, which can easily damage the shaft and bearings.
Suzhou Xiran Industrial Co., Ltd. has innovated the sealing part of the ceramic roller crusher based on the characteristics of high nickel materials. It has added an air seal on top of the original labyrinth seal, effectively eliminating the problem of powder leakage.
In addition, due to the high hardness of single crystal high nickel materials, the material crushing process is prone to friction and high wear on the equipment cavity. In order to avoid internal wear and tear in the cavity, Xiran Industry has applied WC tungsten carbide spraying on the equipment's feeding plate, greatly increasing the service life of the components.
